The Wireless Revenue Program provides homeowners’ associations with a wireless revenue stream as additional funds to support ongoing HOA operations. Homeowners’ associations can earn wireless income or free wifi at common areas within the HOA to host a small fully concealed wireless network.

Amber Networks’ small wireless sites improve cell phone coverage at the homeowners’ association and surrounding areas. The wireless sites make no visual impact to the property and are hidden by one of Amber Networks’ stealth wireless structures such as a weathervane, air vent/smoke stack, or other similar common naturally occurring enhancement.

Homeowners’ associations can allocate this revenue stream to common expenses, such as insurance, electricity, gas, water, custodial, landscaping, streets, pool, legal, accounting, and miscellaneous maintenance. Homeowners’ associations can also allocate additional funds towards reserves, such as paint reserve, roof reserve, light reserve, carpet reserve, pool reserve, furniture reserve, and paving reserve. HOA’s can earn new project funds for improving common areas or installations that benefit all homeowners within the association.

The wireless revenue stream or free wifi is sustainable for as long as Amber Networks’ mini cell sites are hosted on the homeowners’ associations’ property.
